Beach Tree Capital is pleased to announce that Evan Sepe and Brendan Keating have joined the firm as Associates. The additions follow Beach Tree's registration as a FINRA broker-dealer earlier this year and expand the team's capacity to execute sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise mandates for lower middle market companies.
Evan joins from Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, where he was a Senior Analyst in the Global Industrials Group. He previously worked in U.S. Industrials and Chemicals M&A at IGC Partners. Evan is based in Boston and holds a degree in Finance and Business Analytics from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
Brendan joins from IGC Partners, where he rose from M&A Analyst to Associate across the firm's São Paulo and Miami offices and managed live mandates in agriculture, testing, inspection and certification (TIC), and business services. Brendan holds a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
